Steven Bratten is an experienced Intelligence Specialist currently serving in the United States Air Force since June 2014, focusing on assessing and integrating Air Force Distributed Common Ground System capabilities into Nellis AFB operations. In addition, Steven acts as a senior consultant and adjunct instructor at the Advanced Technical Intelligence Center, leading a team in the development of imagery intelligence courses for international audiences. Steven's extensive career spans several senior positions, including Superintendent roles at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center and the United States Forces Korea, along with various operational and training roles in the strategic and tactical imagery intelligence fields. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has completed several military intelligence training programs.

Headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, The Advanced Technical Intelligence Center for Human Capital Development (ATIC) is an independent 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization established to help address critical human capital and technological development needs within the US Intelligence Community (IC) and related industries. The primary mission of ATIC is to educate and train a workforce of appropriately cleared government and contractor personnel capable of generating actionable information from technical intelligence systems. ATIC currently supports workforce development in the areas of technical intelligence analysis, cyber security, and law enforcement analysis. ATIC also provides a multi-level secure environment to support collaborative research, development, test and evaluation of advanced analytic tools, techniques, and methodologies particularly in the area of enhancing human performance.
