Jenny Ligon

Jenny Ligon currently serves as the Ecosystem Liaison for the ARPA-H Customer Experience Hub at ATI | Advanced Technology International since December 2023. Previously, Ligon held various roles at the National Center for Therapeutics Manufacturing (NCTM) from July 2012 to December 2023, culminating as Senior Associate Director, where responsibilities included leading the strategic direction of a biopharmaceutical education center and overseeing business development activities. Ligon also directed workforce development efforts at the TAMUS Center for Cross-Border Threat Screening & Supply Chain Defense from February 2019 to January 2022, and managed a significant federally-sponsored research program at the Texas A&M Center for Innovation in Advanced Development & Manufacturing. Early career experiences at Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, Wells Fargo Bank, Grande Communications Networks LLC, and Wilshire Homes enriched Ligon’s expertise in business development, external relations, financial analysis, and project management. Ligon holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Arizona.
