Thomas J. Addyman Jr. has over 30 years of work experience in cybersecurity and information technology management. Thomas J. Addyman Jr. currently serves as the Business Unit Director at Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc., where they manage programs and contract activities supporting organizations on Fort Gordon. Addyman Jr. served as the Cyber Security Division Chief at the Cyber Center of Excellence G6, where they were responsible for applying security principles to the enterprise network and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. Thomas J. Addyman Jr. oversaw the cybersecurity program, managed information security implications, and designed information systems solutions to enhance security and efficiency.
Thomas also held the role of Cyber Experimentation Branch Chief at the Cyber Battle Lab - Cyber Center of Excellence, where they led the Live Experimentation Branch and conducted the Cyber CCOE's Cyber Quest exercise. Additionally, they served as the Director of the Theater Network Operations and Security Center, where they directed a specialized IT organization responsible for monitoring, managing, and defending Army-wide unclassified networks in the Continental United States.
Throughout their career, Thomas has acquired certifications in CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and PMP (Project Management Professional). Thomas J. Addyman Jr. holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Management.
Thomas J. Addyman Jr. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Georgia College & State University from 1992 to 1994. Thomas J. Addyman Jr. then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Maryland from 2004 to 2006.
