Kate Golovina

Kate Golovina has been working in the IT/Software industry since 2004. Kate began their career as an HR Manager/Recruiter at AVIcode in 2004, then moved to Teknavo in 2008 as a Senior Recruiter/HR Manager. In 2009, they became an HR Business Partner/Talent Acquisition at RuNetSoft. From 2010 to 2012, Kate worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at EPAM Systems. Kate then served as a Volunteer Recruiter at Inspirica (Formerly St. Luke's LifeWorks) from 2012 to 2015. During this time, they also worked as a Part Time Recruiting Consultant for IT/Software. Since 2018, they have been a Lead Technical Recruiter at Advanced Technology Search, where they are responsible for recruiting Hardware, Software, and Firmware professionals at various levels.
