Caroline Hefti

Caroline Hefti is an experienced professional in medical device sales, currently serving as the Director of Extremities, Sports Medicine, Foot and Ankle, & Trauma at Zimmer Biomet since August 2023. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Advanced Technology Services (ATS) starting in December 2021 and completed an internship as a Medical Device Sales Associate at Zimmer Biomet in mid-2022. Caroline also possesses a diverse background in customer service, having worked as a server at Bud's Classic BBQ and Redhead Yacht Club, and as a Facility Frontline staff member at MizzouRec Services and Facilities during college. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science with a focus on Leadership and Policy from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and is a graduate of Dunlap High School.
