Dustin Weber is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in quality management and engineering roles. Currently serving at Advanced Technology Services since October 2021, Dustin previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Dakota Molding from October 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included developing a robust quality system. With a background that includes roles as a Supplier Quality Engineer at John Deere Electronic Solutions and a Vehicle Test Engineer at Case New Holland, Dustin has demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, conducting investigations, and analyzing data from field tests. Additionally, early career experiences ranged from quality engineering at John Deere to various maintenance and electrical roles, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering from North Dakota State University.
