Richard Chalmers is an accomplished Engineering Project Manager and Program Manager with extensive experience in the defense and aerospace sectors. At Advanced Testing Technologies Inc since 1994, Chalmers has spearheaded the development of Depot level support for the US Air Force's LINK 16 secure communications, including an automatic tester and over 70 application programs. Previously, as an Engineering Project Manager at ATTI Europe from 1995 to 2010, significant contributions were made towards developing depot level support for NATO's E-3 AWACS. Chalmers' career also includes a tenure as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 1983 to 1994, focusing on designing and modifying operational flight software for advanced avionics systems. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology.
