Marie Levesque

Marie Levesque has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marie began their career as a gymnastics instructor, working at Roswell Gymnastics from 2010 to 2013 and then at Athens Clarke Gymnastics Academy from 2012 to 2013. Marie also served as a gymnastics judge for the National Association of Women's Gymnastics Judging from 2011 to 2015.

In 2014, Marie transitioned to the corporate wellness field and joined Corporate Sports Unlimited as a Wellness Associate, later becoming a Wellness Coordinator in 2016. Here, they focused on implementing wellness programs and promoting employee well-being.

In 2016, Marie joined LifeWorks as an Employee Experiences Liaison and Human Resources Coordinator, where they supported HR managers with HRIS system and reporting initiatives. Marie also acted as the team lead for internal social and humanitarian committees and led a global fitness program for over 500 employees.

Marie's most recent role is at Advanced Urology, where they initially worked as a Communications Specialist from 2019 to 2021. Marie then progressed to the role of Communication and Engagement Manager, where they developed communication plans and worked to advance the organization's vision and purpose. Currently, Marie holds the position of Director of People Operations at Advanced Urology, where they optimize people-centered activities, manages HRIS system enhancements, and partners with various members of the People team to implement and sustain People programs.

Overall, Marie Levesque has demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, communications, wellness, and HR operations throughout their career.

Marie Levesque obtained their Bachelor of Science in Education degree from The University of Georgia, with a focus on Exercise and Sport Science, from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Roswell High School from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their educational background, Marie Levesque has also obtained certifications such as CPR, First Aid and AED certification from the American Hearts Association in September 2016, as well as BLS certification from the ACLS Certification Institute in April 2014.
