Christina Hickok

Christina Hickok currently serves as the Sr. Director of People Operations at United Musculoskeletal Partners, a role begun in February 2023, where leadership encompasses organizational strategy for HR technology, benefits, wellness, vendor management, new hire onboarding, and HR integrations. Prior to this, Christina was the Human Resources Director at Resurgens Orthopaedics from June 2020 to July 2023, overseeing all HR functions for 23 clinical locations with approximately 900 employees and driving process improvements aligned with business needs. Christina's experience also includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Georgia Retina, PC, from 2008 to 2020, where oversight was provided for HR functions across multiple locations and key partnerships were formed to achieve organizational goals. Earlier career roles involved positions at Chiro Temps and ACI Group Inc, including titles such as Human Resource Assistant and Bookkeeper. Christina earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
