Shikha Abida Siddiqi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shikha Abida started their career as the Director of Operations at A.S. Tees, where they oversaw the development and deployment of various systems. Shikha Abida then transitioned into the healthcare field, working as a Coding Specialist and HIMS Specialist at NHC Healthcare-Parklane and South Carolina Heart Center, respectively. Shikha Abida later joined Palmetto Health as a Coding Specialist Intern and gained experience in outpatient coding procedures and hospital coding policies. Following this, Siddiqi worked as a Remote Coding Specialist at Lexicode/SourceHOV, where they coded infusion procedures and outpatient surgery and emergency department procedures for different healthcare facilities. Shikha Abida also pursued a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Himachal Pradesh University from 1987 to 1989.
