Jeff Delong

Jeff DeLong is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and user experience, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst at AdvancedMD since February 2018. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as a User Experience Analyst at Epic from May 2015 to August 2017, where notable achievements included coordinating usability efforts across multiple applications and enhancing the acceptance of usability principles within management. Jeff also contributed as a Quality Assurance Analyst during the same tenure at Epic, focusing on extensive software testing and user experience/interface expertise. Earlier experience includes a position as a Web Developer at BYU Marriott School of Management, which involved modernizing department websites to boost traffic and conversion rates. Jeff holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Information Systems from Brigham Young University, earned between 2009 and 2015.
