Steve Sick

Steve Sick has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Currently, they are serving as the General Manager at Redhawk Administrative Services, LLC since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Financial Business Operations at Advancia Technologies, LLC in 2020 and at Advancia Aeronautics in 2019. Steve also has experience as a Manager at KPMG US from 2017 to 2019, where they led various financial and management consulting projects for the Department of Navy. Before that, they worked as a Manager at Deloitte from 2014 to 2017, managing the Audit Liaison Office for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Steve's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from 2012 to 2014, where they led auditing projects, and as a Staff Accountant at MicroStrategy from 2010 to 2012, responsible for monthly close procedures and balance sheet reconciliations.

Steve Sick attended Virginia Tech from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Information Systems as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification from the American Society of Military Comptrollers. Steve also holds additional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma and an active Secret Clearance (SSBI) from the Department of Defense.
