Joy Wood is an experienced professional currently serving as the Access Services Manager at Advancial Federal Credit Union since April 2023. Previously, Joy held the position of VP of Client Services at File & ServeXpress from April 2021 to February 2023, focusing on enhancing eFiling services for law firms and major courts in the United States. Prior to that, Joy worked at the Credit Union of Texas from October 1994 to 2020, where roles included Vice President, Director of Ecommerce, and Director of Member Services, with responsibilities spanning across Card Services, ACH, Wires, Item Processing, Remote Deposit Capture, and oversight of call center operations.
