Jenna Sodano

Jenna Sodano is the Customer Success Business Leader and manages the California region. She is also John Kempf’s Executive Assistant and works on the Regenerative Agriculture Podcast and the Academy team. After graduating from Fordham University in the Bronx with a degree in Marketing and International Business, Jenna went on to have a successful career in the fashion industry in New York. She spent 5 years in New York, 1 in London, became John’s Executive Assistant, and is now a full-time member of the Customer Success team bringing professional expertise to executive communications, customer success, event coordination, content development, and many other areas.

Jenna finds the most satisfaction in working with AEA and regenerative agriculture knowing that it is paving the way for a better future. She is inspired by being part of a team who is so driven, compassionate and knowledgeable in the industry. The AEA team works every day to make a global impact and contribute to a greater purpose and that is enough to get her excited to work every single day.

Jenna was born and raised in New Jersey. She loves the tranquility of a beautiful sunset, spending her summers at the beach, and traveling whenever she has the chance. Jenna has lived in 7 cities in the past 5 years in Spain, Italy, England and the US. Jenna has an eye for design and fashion which she communicates flawlessly. Although it is hard for some people to picture, she has been athletic her whole life, playing soccer through college and in recreational leagues afterwards.
