Juan Carlos Navarro

Juan Carlos Navarro Jr. is AEA’s California Warehouse Operations Coordinator. He helps to run the warehouse by overseeing all orders, product, and material going in and out of the CA warehouse and is responsible for the logistics and operations in the CA region. Juan also helps to pull sap samples in the fields before the sun comes up and is a highly experienced forklift and machinery operator.

Juan has worked in agriculture in the Central Valley since high school. After graduating from California State University, Fresno, he worked at California Ag Solutions in field operations and at Nutrien Ag Solutions in the warehouse. AEA caught his attention when he learned their mission of regenerative agriculture and the technology of plant sap analysis.

On the job, Juan enjoys communicating with customers and gaining their trust. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his family and fiancé, go to church, BBQ, and enjoy life. He is a big baseball fan and has been a New York Yankee fan since childhood, even though he grew up on the West Coast.
