Operations Plant Manager at Advancing Eco Agriculture

Lester Byler is the Operations Plant Manager, where he coordinates and oversees all aspects of production and daily operations in the manufacturing facility. His position involves upholding stringent quality control, performing rigorous product inspections, and managing inventory. Prior to working at AEA, he worked in the extrusion, molding, and fabrication of polymers and plastics. Lester did one tour of Syria in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed and implemented safety and operational courses for multiple heavy equipment machines. After his enlistment, he was drawn to AEA’s overall mission to make a difference in the world.

Lester’s biggest satisfaction is being able to work with such a great group of people. He loves how everyone at this company is able to come together as a team to accomplish anything. Every employee wants to see AEA customers succeed, not just to make more money, but also for that individual and the countless number of people that will be affected in a positive way by consuming healthier, higher quality foods.

Lester was born and raised in the Mesopotamia, Ohio area. He has been married for 6 years to his wife, Kelsey. They are avid sports fans and love going to as many baseball games as possible. He enjoys playing in his basketball leagues during the winter months. Most of his free time is spent in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and just enjoying nature.
