Sheila Rostiac serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Chief Diversity Officer at PSEG, where responsibilities include championing diversity, equity, and inclusion while leading the Human Resource team to foster a rewarding employee experience. With extensive experience in talent management and workforce solutions, Sheila has previously held roles such as Vice President for Total Rewards and Talent Management, and President of the PSEG Foundation. Sheila is also the Chair of the Board for the Center for Energy Workforce Development, focusing on developing a skilled and diverse workforce for the energy transition, and Chair of the Audit Committee for the Drumthwacket Foundation, which aims to enhance civic pride and understanding in New Jersey. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University, an MBA from Centenary University, and a certificate in Nuclear Reactor Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
