AWE | Advancing Women Executives (www.inAWE.com) is a training and development firm that helps professionals improve their executive presence, gain confidence and unlock their potential to help with their company’s growth. Over 1500 women from Fortune 500 companies have participated in our AWE Leader and AWE Accelerator programs and over 20,000 employees of client companies have taken an AWE-facilitated training session. 

We also offer a special program called AWEsomer (AWE Sisters of Multi-Ethnicity and Race), an interactive training course specifically for Women of Color. And finally, our LxE training solution focuses on working with managers to identify and address the pillars of their success.

The Operations and Business Development Team at AWE is responsible for streamlining internal processes to enhance program delivery while identifying and fostering partnerships with corporate clients. This team works closely with the Head of Operations to optimize operational efficiencies and ensure high-quality training experiences, while the Director of Business Development focuses on expanding AWE’s reach and influence within the corporate sector. The Manager of Client Solutions ensures that clients receive tailored support and solutions, reinforcing AWE’s commitment to empowering women executives.
