Andrew Schiffer

Andrew Schiffer is a seasoned professional in the chemical industry with extensive experience in formulation and product development. Currently serving as a Metal Working Fluids Technologist at ANGUS Chemical Company since February 2021, Andrew previously held the role of Senior Formulation Chemist at MC Products Corporation from February 2013 to April 2020. In this capacity, responsibilities included product design, applied testing, lab-to-bulk manufacturing scale-up, corporate approvals, production trials, cost analysis, and product line development. Andrew's expertise also encompasses conducting trials at major rubber manufacturers across North America, achieving ISO 14001 certifications, maintaining quality control, and overseeing lab operations, including the hiring and training of new chemists. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Northern Illinois University, graduating in 2012.
