Dominic Rompf has extensive experience in technology and business management, currently serving as a project leader within the CTO team at Advancis Software & Services since February 2025. Prior to this role, Dominic held the position of interim CTO and COO at DREEMS e-mobilities GmbH / The Plattform Group from March 2024 to February 2025, and was Geschäftsführer at Bilthouse GmbH from October 2023 to March 2024. From April 2007 to September 2023, Dominic was a member of the board and director of business operations at Hüttig & Rompf AG, overseeing HR, business development, software development, and IT infrastructure. Early career experience includes serving as an applications developer at Zurich Insurance from September 2002 to April 2007, following a vocational training as a Fachinformatiker in application development at Werner-von-Siemens-Schule Frankfurt.
