George Poltorak

George Poltorak has a diverse work experience in engineering and automation roles. George is currently working as a Principal Engineer at Advanco SA since June 2023. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Vantage Solutions, where they established the Vantage Consulting Group, Inc. in 1993 and focused on plant floor automation and validation for the food and life science industry. George also served as the Director of Engineering at Systech International from 1989 to 1993. George began their career in 1981 as a Corporate Engineer at Colgate Palmolive and later worked as a Senior Automation Engineer at Nabisco/Kraft, implementing plant floor automation systems and setting electrical and automation standards for the company.

George Poltorak has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
