Niko Sulkakoski

Niko Sulkakoski is a seasoned consultant and project manager with expertise in data, AI, and modern work solutions. Currently serving as Lead Consultant at Advania Finland since October 2022, Niko specializes in translating complex technical solutions for non-technical leaders. Prior experience includes facilitating performance improvements and sustainable practices for entrepreneurs and public organizations at Tamora Oy from November 2020 to September 2022. Niko also managed administrative functions at Full XP as an Administrator from August 2017 to October 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Change and Leadership, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Communication, both from Estonian Business School, along with further studies at Digital Growth Academy.
