Aya Sharaf

Aya Sharaf has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Aya started their career at Technoship in 2013 as a Public Relations member. In 2013, they also worked as the Head of Public Relations at Fakkah. Aya joined ITWORX in 2015, where they held various positions, including Organizational Development Specialist and Organizational Performance Specialist.

In 2019, Aya moved to Advansys ESC, where they began as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Aya later transitioned to the role of Business Analyst, where they utilized their skills in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications. Aya's most recent position at Advansys ESC is Senior RPA Business Analyst, where they are responsible for handling communication between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the development team, developing documentation, and supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation across various domains in Business Process Services.
