Dina Tarek has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their most recent position at Advansys ESC as a Senior Talent Acquisition/Management Specialist. Prior to that, they worked at Metra Computer LLC as a Regional Senior Talent Acquisition-SAP USER, where they were responsible for managing the manpower plan and ensuring the availability of sourcing channels. Before that, they served as an HR Recruitment Specialist at IMI Intl, where they sourced and attracted candidates, conducted interviews, and managed the onboarding process. Additionally, they worked part-time as a Customer Service Supervisor at KidZania Cairo and completed an internship as a Recruiter at Integrated Diagnostics Holdings - IDH, where they screened candidates and scheduled interviews.
