Eslam Elsaidy

Eslam Elsaidy has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Eslam started their career at ASEC Automation in 2009, where they worked as an Automation Engineer. Eslam was responsible for the upgrade program in Tourah Cement (Egypt) using the ABB800xA Industrial IT V 4.1. In 2012, they were promoted to the role of Senior Automation Engineer.

In 2012, Eslam joined Advansys ESC as a Senior Control Engineer. Eslam held this position for four years before being promoted to the role of Controls Team Leader in 2016. As the team leader, they managed a team of 10 engineers and developed individual plans for each team member.

Currently, Eslam works at Advansys ESC as a Program Manager for Amazon NA. Eslam is responsible for reviewing Amazon NA orders and coordinating delivery activities. Eslam builds positive relationships with Amazon NA to support business growth and troubleshoots delivery issues. Additionally, they manage a team of team leaders to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

Eslam Elsaidy completed their Bachelor's degree in engineering, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, at Ain Shams University from 2004 to 2009.
