Fabio Marelli

Fabio Marelli is an equity partner at ADVANT Nctm and an associate professor of bankruptcy law and civil procedure at Università di Pavia, where they have been teaching since 2001. Previously, Fabio served as a partner at Studio Legale Gastini Simonelli Marelli from 1997 to 2007 and worked as an associate at Studio Legale Bisconti from 1990 to 1997. In 2017, they contributed to the reform of insolvency law as a member of the commission at the Ministero della Giustizia. Fabio holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Miami and a Laurea in giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Pavia.
