Zehavit Cohen

Zehavit Cohen is a managing partner and the Office Head of Apax Partners Israel Ltd. Zehavit has both led and participated in a number of key deals including Attenti, Bezeq, Tnuva, Psagot, Paradigm, Go Global Travel, Max, Ramet Trom, Schulz, Ten10 and Zap Group. Zehavit serves as a board member to a number of Apax portfolio companies and previously chaired both the Tnuva and Psagot boards of directors.

Prior to joining Apax Partners, Zehavit was Deputy Director General of IDB Holdings and Chief Financial Officer of the IDB Group. In the past, she served as VP at Chase Manhattan Bank and was a part of the International Department of Mergers and Acquisitions at the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand.

Zehavit has also lectured in Finance and Accounting at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania since 1988.

Zehavit holds a BA in Accounting from Duquesne University; an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
