Benjamin Marolda

Benjamin Marolda serves as the Global Chief Operating Officer at Advanta Seeds since June 2015, overseeing global operations, sales, marketing, strategy, supply chain, and technology development. With a strong background at Monsanto Company from 2002 to 2015, Marolda held various positions including Licensing Manager for Latin America South, National Sales Manager for Crop Protection, and LAS Seed Marketing Manager, contributing significantly to market strategies and product development in the agricultural sector. Marolda holds an Executive MBA from IAE Business School and a degree in Agronomy from the University of Buenos Aires.
