Theresa R. Pergola

Theresa R. Pergola is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Advantage Care Health Centers since September 2022, where the organization is recognized as Long Island’s leading Federally Qualified Health Center. Prior to this role, Theresa held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at Damian Family Care Centers, Inc. from January 2016 to October 2022, and worked as a Human Resources Associate at Samaritan Village from December 1991 to December 2015.
