Michael Meadows has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to present. Michael started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Communication Managers, LLC. In 2007, they took on the role of Production Manager and later became a Development Manager, overseeing various responsibilities such as managing production, quality assurance, and developing comprehensive communication programs.

In 2011, Michael joined UnitedHealthcare as a Claims Accounting/Medical Payments specialist, where they were responsible for adjusting payments and managing payment systems. Michael then moved on to Vodafone Global Enterprise in 2012, working as a VTM Data Staging Analyst, handling customer implementations and incident management.

Michael continued their journey at Vodafone and took on the role of Operations Lead - Feed Analysis in 2015. Michael later became a Project Manager, Mobility On Boarding at Vodafone Global Enterprise.

In 2017, Michael joined Calero-MDSL as a Technical Account Manager, where they frequently traveled to customer sites and managed client commitments. Michael was then promoted to Director, Client Success, improving customer satisfaction and retention, establishing high-level contacts with customers, and identifying sales opportunities.

Currently, Michael is employed at Advantage Communications Group as a Sr. Director, Service Operations, where they oversee service operations and has contributed to the establishment of a successful revenue stream. Additionally, they played a key role in implementing and optimizing the Bill Pay revenue process, as well as assisting sales teams with impactful database demos for potential clients, resulting in program expansion.

Michael Meadows attended Western Connecticut State University from 2003 to 2008, majoring in Business with a focus on Management.
