Mariann Sanders has over 30 years of extensive experience in the mortgage and loan processing industry. Currently serving as a Loan Originator at Family Advantage Federal Credit Union since March 2008, Mariann specializes in financing Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. Prior to this role, significant experience includes positions as a Senior Loan Processor and Loan Underwriter at multiple organizations, including Chase Mortgage, CTX Mortgage, First Tennessee Home Loans, and Boatmens National Mortgage. Mariann also has a background as a Senior Loan Processor/Closer at Flagstar Bank. Educationally, Mariann holds an Associate's Degree in Business from Mott Community College, completed between 1980 and 1982.
