Bryan Schwarz combines all the qualities you look for in a strong sales leader: an in-depth understanding of the Buy Here Pay Here industry and its challenges; automotive telematics technical know-how; and a talent for working one-on-one with people that comes from years of serving customers.

Schwarz first joined the Procon team back in 2008, and grew along with the company — rising from the warehouse floor to Operations Manager. When Procon spun off its aftermarket automotive division, Spireon, Schwarz took on the helm as Spireon’s Director of Operations. In that role, he spearheaded the company’s daily operations including inventory management and logistics, device provisioning, testing and quality control. He also designed Spireon’s Fulfillment and Operations center responsible for the smooth and on-time shipping of over 1 million devices per year.

Now Schwarz is back home where he belongs, and where he thrives off connecting BHPH and vehicle finance customers to simplified, efficient, and intuitive features of Advantage GPS – a Procon Analytics brand. He will continue to call on his strong operational background to improve the customers experience, drive sales processes to deliver more streamlined customer service and partner with vehicle finance customers to boost their profitability and performance.
