Carlos Jimenez

Carlos Jimenez joined Advantage Automotive Analytics in January 2019 as a Technical Account Manager and quickly transitioned to Corporate Trainer just a few months later.

Jimenez is responsible for training new employees at on all product features, installation, and backend services. He is charged with developing customer training sessions designed to enhance the overall user experience. Jimenez, who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from CSU Dominguez Hills in Carson, Calif., helps prepare Spanish-speaking user, installation, and best practice guides. He has a background in Fleet Locate M2M devices with Spireon from 2012-2014.

More recently, he was a Spanish Analytic Linguist where he provided Spanish to English translations of documents and audio recording for FBI and DEA investigations.
