Scott Bellm has a significant amount of work experience in various sales and marketing roles. Scott worked at Advantage Group International as a Sr. Director of Global Client Development starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Roamler starting in 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they held the position of Global Vice President of Customer Excellence at Reckitt, where they played a key sales leadership role in transforming the company into a customer-centric organization.

Before joining Reckitt, Scott worked at Coty from 2016 to 2021 as the Global Vice President of Sales, leading the development and deployment of the company's omni-channel retail execution excellence program. Scott also focused on the US Luxury business transformation and Global Strategic Revenue Management during their time at Coty.

Scott's earlier experience includes consulting on category development for L'Oréal in 2016, serving as Customer Marketing Director in the Rum category and later as the Global Shopper Marketing & International Customer Director at Bacardi from 2014 to 2016. Scott also held several positions at Unilever from 1997 to 2011, including Global Customer & Shopper Marketing Strategy Director, Win with Customers Market Director, Sales Director - Drug Channel, Category Trade Manager, and National Key Account Manager.

Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as category development, in-store execution, shopper marketing, revenue management, and trade marketing.

Scott Bellm earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing from Concordia University.
