Dylan Carpenter

Dylan Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Dylan is currently serving as the President/CEO of Advantage Lift Solutions since January 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Sales - Artificial Lift/Water Management at Flex Flow Services from April 2021 to November 2021. Prior to that role, they worked at GR Energy Services where they held multiple positions, including U.S. Sales Manager - Artificial Lift from July 2017 to November 2021, and Artificial Lift Advisor from August 2016 to November 2021. Dylan also served as an Area Sales Manager at Accelerated Artificial Lift from April 2015 to August 2016. In addition, they gained experience as an Applications Specialist at Baker Hughes from July 2011 to April 2014, and as a Staff Scientist at Sabre Energy Services LLC from June 2010 to July 2011.

Dylan Carpenter attended Texas Tech University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry.
