D'Monica Neal Lcsw

D'monica Neal, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in mental health therapy and crisis intervention. Currently, as a Mental Health Therapist at BYWAY Counseling & Wellness Center since May 2022, D'monica provides supportive mental health services focused on a variety of challenges including maternal mental health and life transitions. Prior roles include serving as a crisis counselor for International Leadership of Texas, where D'monica offered counseling and crisis intervention for K-12 students and coordinated resources within the community. D'monica has also held positions at DePelchin Children's Center, where responsibilities included assessment and therapeutic interventions for clients, as well as professional training for community members. D'monica holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Sam Houston State University.
