Bob Hegna

Bob Hegna possesses extensive experience in electrical control system design and instrumentation, with a focus on the petroleum and chemical refining industries. Currently serving as an Electrical Control System Designer and Field Construction Representative at Advantage Point Group, Inc. since March 2020, Bob supervises the installation and commissioning of various electrical equipment. Previous roles include Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Designer at Wood Group and several positions at Advantage Point Group, Richard Design Services, and URS Corporation, where Bob delivered design and construction work packages for electrical systems. Bob’s career spans multiple companies, showcasing expertise in PLCs, HMIs, and electrical instrumentation design, supported by an educational background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anoka-Ramsey Community College and Anoka Technical College.
