Cathy Szuter

Cathy Szuter is an accomplished design and development expert with extensive experience in the retail and consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Director of Design and Development at Advantage Solutions since January 2022, Cathy leads the design and development processes for private label and licensed brands, collaborating with clients and manufacturers to launch innovative products for major retailers. Prior to this role, Cathy worked at Bed Bath & Beyond as an Industrial Designer and Design Manager for seasonal goods, and held multiple positions at Lenox from June 2007 to April 2020, including Director of Concept & Design, Director of Design, and Manager of New Product Planning, where responsibilities encompassed directing product development across various categories and managing a team of designers. Cathy holds a BFA in Fine Art and Design from Kean University.
