Christopher Skyles is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Senior IT Recruiter at Advantage Solutions since January 2024. Prior positions include Manager of IT Talent Acquisition at Advantage Solutions, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Interfirst, and National Director of Recruitment at the American Lung Association, among others. Christopher has demonstrated expertise in developing creative sourcing strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and enhancing onboarding processes.
