Mariya S. has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Mariya is currently working at Advantage Solutions as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain. Before joining Advantage Solutions, Mariya spent several years at Walmart, where they held various roles in Strategy & Finance. Mariya was responsible for different areas such as Hardlines, Digital Consumer Brands, China, Jet.com (a subsidiary of Walmart), and Online Grocery. Before joining Walmart, Mariya worked as the Director of Finance at Suniva. Mariya also gained experience in investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where they served as both an Investment Banking Associate and an Investment Banking Analyst. Mariya began their career as a Private Equity Analyst at Mazzone and Associates. Mariya also briefly worked in Enterprise Risk Management at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta and as a Risk Management and Insurance Analyst at the Association County Commissioners of Georgia.

Mariya S. has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Strategy from Emory University - Goizueta Business School. Mariya also has a Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management & Insurance (Mathematics) from Georgia State University, and another Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the same institution. Apart from their formal education, Mariya has additional certifications, including Series 63, Series 7, and Series 79, obtained from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Additionally, Mariya has studied Political Science and Government at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and History at the University of Buenos Aires.
