Patrick Engelking has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patrick began their career at Accenture in 1994, where they worked as a Senior Management Consultant before being promoted to the role of Global Corporate Technology: Business Transformation Practice and Programs Lead. During their time at Accenture, they played a critical role in designing and implementing transformation strategies, collaborating with executive leaders to address business needs and drive seamless execution.

In 2019, Patrick joined i.c.stars, a non-profit IT skills development and apprenticeship organization. Starting as an advisor, they eventually became an Executive Board Member and Committee Chair, providing guidance on program advancement, corporate partner participation, and job placement. Patrick also helped align institutions in the Midwest apprentices market.

In 2021, Patrick joined Walgreens Boots Alliance as the Lead for Healthcare Technology Strategy. In this position, they reported directly to the CTO and was responsible for developing a strategy to penetrate the US healthcare industry. Patrick focused on enabling business priorities and delivering direct patient healthcare solutions, while also overseeing relationships, business architecture, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio management, and practices.

Currently, Patrick is employed at Advantage Solutions as the Vice President of Business Architecture and Transformation. Patrick joined the company in 2023, and their role includes overseeing and driving business transformation initiatives.

Patrick Engelking attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1989 to 1993. Patrick graduated with a B.A., Summa Cum Laude, in the Plan II Honors Program.
