Rick Betsch

Rick Betsch is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in managing major retail accounts and launching new products. Currently serving as Sales Team Leader at Advantage Solutions, Rick is leading the Kroger Health & Beauty MCoBeauty Cosmetics and Skincare brand launch in 2024. Previously, Rick held the position of Senior Director of Sales at Jetson, overseeing all aspects of the Walmart business. Additional roles include Senior National Account Manager at Activision Blizzard, where Rick managed significant retail accounts for top-selling video game titles, and several key positions at Procter & Gamble, focusing on oral care brands within Walmart. Rick also contributed as a Junior Board Member for the Northwest Arkansas Cancer Challenge and began a career in recruiting with Protis Global. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Butler University.
