Steven Young

Steven Young is an accomplished cybersecurity executive with extensive experience in information security and risk management. Currently serving as VP Information Security & Compliance/CISO at Advantage Solutions since November 2020, Steven previously held key roles at Cybersecurity Collaborative, Blue Shield of California, Kellogg Company, and Lucent Technologies. At Blue Shield, Steven transformed the organization's security practices, while at Kellogg, the creation of the first IT security organization significantly advanced threat detection and response capabilities. With a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Steven has consistently demonstrated expertise in leading cybersecurity initiatives and fostering collaboration among industry leaders.
