Previously, Tamara held significant roles at Cox Automotive Inc., including Director of Global HR Technology for M&A Operations and Global HR Technology, enhancing HR systems for 30,000+ employees and overseeing M&A activities. Tamara's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Genuine Parts Company, Southern Company, and others, focusing on HRIS, compensation, and talent acquisition across diverse organizations. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
