Adam Butts has extensive work experience in the field of investigations and operations. Adam started their career in 2001 as a Private Investigator at King Investigations. Adam then joined Litigation Solutions in 2003, where they held various roles, including Senior Investigator and Operations Manager. In those positions, they managed regional territories and achieved significant annual revenue. Adam also worked at Merge Investigations, Inc. as a Surveillance Supervisor before joining Advantage Surveillance & Investigations. At Advantage Surveillance & Investigations, Adam held multiple roles, including Area Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Assistant Vice President Operations. In these positions, they managed regional territories, conducted investigations, and oversaw field operations. Adam's responsibilities also included coordinating investigations and obtaining video evidence for worker's compensation claims. In their current role as Assistant Vice President Operations, they oversee the Central US territory and assists in the company's growth and results.

Adam Butts, FCLS has a diverse education history. Adam obtained their Act 235 certification in Lethal Weapons Training from the Pennsylvania State Police / Williams and Sons. Additionally, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Criminal Justice from Westmoreland County Community College.

In terms of additional certifications, Adam has obtained several credentials. These include Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse, Act 126 certification from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work, Fraud Claim Law Specialist certification from the American Educational Institute, Inc., Pennsylvania State Act 235, Lethal Weapons Certification from the Pennsylvania State Police, Security Awareness - Strongest Link certification through E-Learning, Workplace Security Awareness certification through E-Learning, and Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: Managers certification through E-Learning. Adam also completed The Respectful Workplace: Diversity, Inclusion and Equity certification through E-Learning.

In the past, Adam has acquired several certifications related to workplace security, diversity, and harassment prevention. These include Preventing Workplace Harassment for Managers and Valuing Diversity for Managers certifications from KnowBe4, as well as Security Awareness Fundamentals certification from KnowBe4.

Furthermore, Adam holds licenses as a Private Investigator in the states of Ohio, Maryland, and Minnesota, where they are also a Company License Holder for the same profession.
