Claudia X. Salazar MS, HRM, SHRM-SCP, PHR

Claudia X. Salazar MS, HRM, SHRM-SCP, PHR has worked in various roles since 2015. Claudia X. began their career as an Educator at the NYC Department of Education in 2015. In 2017, they were hired as a Human Resources Senior Manager at IRI: Innovative Resources for Independence. In 2018, they were hired as the Director of Human Resources at Advantage Testing. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Baruch College.

Claudia X. Salazar has a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Baruch College, obtained in 2003. Claudia X. then went on to receive a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Stony Brook University in 2014. In 2020, they completed a TESOL from Columbia University in English Language and Literature/Letters. In addition to their formal education, Claudia has obtained two certifications: BEST Plus 2.0 from CAL Center for Applied Linguistics and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
