Trevor Núñez has a diverse work experience, with a focus on education and law. In 2019, they gained political experience as a Congressional Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives and as a Summer Fellow at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.

In 2020, Trevor participated in a semester exchange program at the University of Cape Town, focusing on Humanities/Humanistic Studies.
