Valerie started their career as a Copywriter at Quinn Fable Advertising Inc in 1998 and then moved on to work as a Senior Account Executive at Marlin Entertainment from 2000 to 2001. In 2002, they joined Marks and Spencer as a Promotions Manager for the Foods Division and worked there until 2005. Following that, they worked at Integrated Marketing Services as a Vice President of Client Services from 2005 to 2013. Valerie then joined IN Connected Marketing, EDGE Marketing, and Advantage Unified Commerce, where they initially served as the SVP of Business Development from 2013 to 2015 and later became the Executive Vice President of Business Development. Their role at Advantage Unified Commerce involved building growth paths for agency brands and harmonizing offerings across shopper, retail media, ecommerce, search, content, and data.
