Valerie Klan

Valerie comes as a Human Resources Executive Leader and strategic business partner leveraging over 25+ years in HR leadership serving senior living CCRCs, including Hospice and Home Health industries. Valerie developed her passion and respect for healthcare and caregivers at a young age while observing her mother’s dedication as an ICU Charge nurse to providing compassionate and loving care.

In addition to her Master of Business Administration from Capella University, Valerie obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Barry University and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP certification, person-centered care coach certification, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
