Madeline Reeder

Madeline Reeder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Madeline currently works at Advantages as a Strategic Project Manager since March 2022. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at the same company from October 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining Advantages, Madeline worked at Chick-fil-A Melrose Music City where they held various roles. Madeline served as the Executive Director of Finance from September 2020 to October 2020. Madeline was the Director of Hospitality from March 2020 to September 2020, during which they received the 2020 Chick-fil-A Leadership Scholar Award. Madeline also held the position of Director of Sales from October 2019 to March 2020. Additionally, Madeline worked as a Director of Hospitality from April 2019 to October 2019, where they successfully implemented incentive programs and built leadership within the store for a new Chick-fil-A location.

Earlier in their career, Madeline worked as the Director of Marketing at Reeder Consulting, LLC from April 2015 to April 2019. Madeline was responsible for marketing plans, attending career fairs, and promoting formal career exploration.

Madeline gained legal experience as a Legal Assistant Intern at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis LLP from June 2018 to August 2018. Madeline provided support for attorneys and partners, reviewed legal documents, and worked one-on-one with clients. Madeline also worked as a Consultant at SINGA Business Lab in Berlin, Germany from February 2018 to May 2018, assisting refugees in launching their businesses and crafting business plans.

Before pursuing their career in project management and consulting, Madeline gained customer service experience in the hospitality industry. Madeline worked as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Marriott International from January 2017 to January 2018, where they were recognized for their strong communication skills. Madeline also worked as a Seasonal Food and Beverage Employee at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from June 2017 to August 2017, winning a customer service competition during their time there.

Madeline's earliest work experiences include working as a Hostess at Red Robin from July 2014 to August 2016, and starting their own business at the age of 13 called Kids, Cribs and Critters, providing childcare, pet, and house sitting services to families in San Antonio and Nashville. Madeline also worked at a Chick-fil-A franchise from February 2013 to July 2014, starting as a team member and being selected for the drive-thru and marketing team.

Madeline Reeder completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from Belmont University between 2016 and 2019. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business at the same university from 2019 to 2020.
