Madeline's earliest work experiences include working as a Hostess at Red Robin from July 2014 to August 2016, and starting their own business at the age of 13 called Kids, Cribs and Critters, providing childcare, pet, and house sitting services to families in San Antonio and Nashville. Madeline also worked at a Chick-fil-A franchise from February 2013 to July 2014, starting as a team member and being selected for the drive-thru and marketing team.

Madeline Reeder completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from Belmont University between 2016 and 2019.
